What helps us help you

For a bug or a display problem, include:

1. The page you were on and the text style you used.
2. Where you pasted it: the app, and whether it was the phone app or a browser.
3. Your device and system, for example "iPhone, iOS 26" or "Windows 11, Chrome".
4. A screenshot, if the text looks wrong after pasting.

Display problems are usually down to the font a particular app or phone uses. With those details we can tell you whether there's a workaround or a different style that renders better.

Things we'd love to hear about

• A platform that changed its formatting rules or character limits.
• A shortcut in one of our guides that no longer works.
• A text style or a guide you looked for and didn't find.

Things we can't help with

We don't run Instagram, Discord, X or any of the other platforms mentioned on this site, so we can't recover accounts, change usernames or explain why a post was removed. For those, contact the platform directly.

Links and sponsorships

We don't sell links, sponsored posts or placements in the guides. If a guide mentions an app or a tool, it's because it answers the question, not because anyone paid for it. If you think one of our guides should mention your tool, tell us why it helps readers and we'll take a look.
